What makes Pure Wakesurf boards unique?

How should I care for my surfboard?

  • Keep your board out of excessive heat and direct sunlight when not in use. Excessive heat can delaminate (bubble) the board which is not covered under warranty.
  • Avoid storing on top of the Bimini and under Bimini, where the Bimini touches the board. This can expose to excessive heat.
  • Dip your board in the water throughout the day on hot days to ensure your board stays cool.
  • Remove fins from board when not in use. Accidental falls and drops can damage fin boxes.
  • Avoid using clamp style and bungee style board racks. These can damage the board.
  • Avoid dings, cracks, or impacts—performance boards are not built like standard consumer boards.
  • Do not exceed the rider weight limits.
  • Always inspect your board before use for any signs of damage.
  • Important: Always seal any dings with only EPOXY resin to keep water out. Water intrusion can cause other issues not covered by warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

  • All surfboards sold by Pure Wakesurf and approved dealers include a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
  • Not covered under warranty:
    • Breakage
    • Blistering/Bubbling
    • Damage caused by misuse, excessive force, or heat exposure.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Email Info@PureWakesurf with the following:

  1. Include your original order number.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, including pictures and/or video of the issue.
  3. Ship the board to us at your expense, including insurance.

⚠️ Pure Wakesurf is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.


Who pays for shipping on returns?

  • If the product is found not defective, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • With permission, return shipping may be charged to your credit card.
  • Otherwise, items will be returned via per customers expense upon delivery.

When is a warranty voided?

  • Warranty is void if the board has been:
    • Mishandled
    • Improperly installed or modified
    • Tampered with, abused, or physically damaged

Can I get a refund for a warranty claim?

  • No, refunds are not issued for warranty claims.
  • If your claim is approved, we will repair the board at our discretion.
